Amersham nursery

Our nursery in Amesham is opposite Tesco and close to the road links in and out of Amersham.   We are  conveniently located,  only a short distance from Amersham mainline and underground station and for the many buses running up and down High Street. We also and have parking both on site and outside.

The nursery is open from 7:30am through to 6:30pm every day from Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays and one week during the Christmas period.

We have 4 bright and airy air conditioned playrooms specially designed for children of different ages.

We also have a large enclosed outside play area— used for traditional physical play such as climbing and cycling as well as growing flowers and vegetables. It also has a safe and stimulating area set aside for babies and an outside “classroom” area with spaces for getting creative and making a mess, as well as quieter areas where children can draw or read.

Secure Web Cams are installed in each room, giving you a delightful insight into your child’s day from wherever you are. To keep your child safe we operate a secure entrance policy, with each parent being issued a unique key fob and we also have CCTV security cameras covering the premises.

Our philosophy is to work in partnership with parents and carers as much as possible, we believe that by working together we can help your child achieve to their best potential.  We welcome parent’s involvement in nursery life—parents can drop in at any time for “stay and play” sessions and we organise fun events which can involve the whole family!

All 3 and 4 years olds are entitled to up to 15 hours Government funded sessions. We also offer Extended Entitlement so eligible parents can receive up to 30 hours funding. Both Universal and Extended funding are offered on a “stretched” basis which means year round rather than term only.

We also offer 2 year old funding to eligible children.

A “key carer”, chosen from our team of dedicated and experienced staff, will oversee your child’s unique learning and development.

Meals are cooked using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, with menus created by our chef.

We are proud to have received a 5 star food hygiene rating in recognition of our high standards.
